How to fix: Inconsistent value – collection SLA [pickup_SLA]

For your products eligible for the pick-up feature, ensure that the collection SLAs in your product data match the collection SLAs displayed on your landing page and/or checkout.

When someone clicks a local inventory ad or free local product listing on Google, they expect to see the same collection SLA on your landing page as they see in the ad or listing. You may be paying for wasted clicks if someone clicks on a product and then returns to Google after seeing a different collection SLA on your landing page.

  • Collection SLA mismatches were found between your local inventory ads data and your landing pages. You should have received an email asking you to update your local inventory ads data so that the values in your data are consistent with those on your landing page and/or checkout.

Depending on your pick up later implementation, the collection SLA attribute will be in different feeds. Refer to the table below to determine which feed and attribute is providing the price for your local inventory ads and listings.

Pick-up feature type Feed source Collection SLA attribute
Pick up later with Shopping ads Primary feed Collection SLA [pickup_SLA]
Pick up later with local inventory ads Primary feed or local inventory feed Collection SLA [pickup_SLA]
Pick up today Primary feed or local inventory feed Collection SLA [pickup_SLA]
Step 1 of 3: Ensure that the collection SLA in your product data matches the collection SLA on your landing page
  1. Investigate your update process to see what could be causing the problem:
    • Make sure that you're updating your landing page and product data at the same time. If you are no longer able to delivery a product to a shop, we recommend not providing a pickup_SLA and updating the collection method [pickup_method] to not_supported.
  2. Once you've addressed the problem, update the collection SLA [pickup_SLA] attributes in your product data to match your landing page.
Step 2 of 3: Resubmit your product data

Once you've updated your product data, resubmit it using one of the methods below:

Step 3 of 3: Wait for your data to be re-crawled

Google will crawl the products listed in your Merchant Center account. If we detect that your feed data collection SLAs now match your landing page collection SLAs, your account warning will be lifted.
