How to fix: Restricted purchase

Customers visiting your store website aren’t able to see consistent content and can’t complete the checkout process. Content on your store pages should be consistent and available for all locations and devices.

This policy applies to Shopping ads and local inventory ads with pick up today/later

The following are reasons why your account is impacted by the Restricted purchase account issue:

  • Purchases are limited to only businesses rather than individuals
  • Business information details are required to be completed as part of the checkout process
  • Content and/or purchases are unavailable based on a customers location 

To fix the issue, we recommend you complete the following:

  • Make sure all types of users (businesses and individuals) are able to purchase the product listed on your website
  • Make sure your online store allows the purchase of the listed products without any user's IP address, region or device limitation
