One or more of your products is missing one of the sub-attributes of the shipping [shipping]
attribute that are required to show estimated delivery dates. For example, you may have submitted a valid value for the maximum transit time of a product, but you did not provide the shipping [shipping] price [price] sub-attribute. Or you may have provided a value for the maximum handling time, but you did not provide a value for the maximum transit time.
In order to show an estimated delivery date in your ads or free listings, you must include all of the following sub-attributes:
As a result of this error, your shipping [shipping] sub-attribute(s) (transit time and/or handling time) have been invalidated and are not currently included for affected products.
Note that the shipping [shipping] price [price] sub-attribute can still be used even if handling or transit time are missing. Learn more about the shipping [shipping] attribute
To resolve this issue, ensure that all required attributes and sub-attributes have been added for the affected products, then resubmit your product data.
Instructions
Step 1: See the affected products
- Sign in to your Merchant Center account.
- Select Products on the navigation menu, then click Diagnostics.
- Click the Item issues tab to see current issues affecting your products.
To download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues:
- Click the download button next to the filter button , beneath the graph and above the list of issues.
To download a list (.csv) of all affected products for a particular issue:
- Find the issue under the 'Issue' column, then click the download button at the end of the row.
To see a list of up to 50 products with this particular issue:
- Find the issue under the 'Issue' column, then click View examples in the 'Affected items' column.
Step 2: Add missing values
- Filter the download report so that you can only see products with:
'Issue title' = Missing shipping [shipping] sub-attribute - Add valid values for any required sub-attributes.
Step 3: Resubmit your product data
- After you've updated your product data, resubmit it using one of these methods:
- Next, check that you've fixed the issue by making sure that it's no longer listed on the Diagnostics page.
Bear in mind: It may take some time for your change to be reflected on the Diagnostics page.
