Why the issue is happening
The legacy energy efficiency class [energy_efficiency_class]
, minimum energy efficiency class [min_energy_efficiency_class]
, and maximum energy efficiency class [max_energy_efficiency_class]
attributes were used instead of the certification [certification]
attribute. The certification [certification]
attribute is safer.
Example
If a product is marked with energy efficiency class energy_efficiency_class=A
, then the product will display in the Needs Attention tab.
How to fix your issue
Update products to use the certification [certification]
attribute and remove legacy energy efficiency attributes.
Fix products one by one directly in Manufacturer Center
Go to Products in the Manufacturer Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Click on the title of the issue you want to fix, then click Edit product.
Remove any legacy energy efficient attributes.
Enter the certification [certification]
attribute.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Go to Products in the Manufacturer Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that all legacy energy efficient attributes have been replaced with the certification [certification]
attribute.
Reupload your corrected product data to the Manufacturer Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you've fixed the issue by making sure it's no longer listed on the "Needs attention" page.
