Same issue. CVS app was on my old Motorola Z, new Motorola G Stylus did not transfer the CVS app, all others did. Tried downloading the app again on new phone. Says device not compatible and contacted CVS, Motorola and now directed to contact Google support. Frustrating, Help!
After a couple months of a never ending go a round with CVS customer "no" service, I finally got fed up, downloaded the Walgreens app, transfered ALL my scripts to Walgreens. Walgreens rewards are FAR better & MORE generous than CVS's. If CVS can't get their app right, they don't deserve my business. Walgreens refill times are quicker & nothing is out of stock like a constant problem with CVS.
Been emailing, attempting to get thru via phone to CVS. Had one non productive conversation yesterday and a bunch of non helpful responses via email. Tried to load app on my Motorola Moto e5 play and a Moto g6. Same message from Google Play store that my device isn't compatible with this version. Taking a wild guess here that the Motorola's are the issue? Not sure, does CVS know this or do they not know and not care? I am getting the not care vibe. Awful.
