I had CVS pharmacy app unloaded it and now it says it's not for my phone

I had the CVS pharmacy app had some problems unloaded it went to download it again and it says it is not formatted for my phone or not meant for my phone why is that?

Yep, I have a Android phone and I can't even download the CVS/pharmacy app. What's the problem?🤬😠

Free items this week and next ONLY available thru the app. So frustrating and unfair.

I had the CVS app on my old Android phone got a new Android phone and now it's says I am not able to have it why? I am so frustrated I need this app!!!

Same problem here. Just spent two hours on the phone with CVS customer service to try and figure this out. All they could say was my phone was not compatible. It's a new Moto G6, Android 8.0. The other two CVS apps work, (CVS Specialty & CVS Caremark) why not this one. ??? I don't want or use the other two. Walgreens and Rite Aid work. Maybe I'll just go there. What phones do other posters have?

Me too. When I tried to down load it, said it couldn't be found. At the bottom of my screen there was a "game" that said play while you wait. WTF

i am facing the same issue on my samsung s8 whereas it works perfectly fine on my boyfriend s6 edge,there must be some other issue rather than just saying that phone is not competible

I have encountered the same problem with my Moto G7 android phone.  It recently upgraded the Android OS to 10.0.  Is that the problem?   I hate this app but it saves time at the checkout counter.

After half an hour and many redirects I finally got some status on this issue.  CVS upgraded their system recently for security reasons.  They claim that 'old' phones will not work with their latest version.  I told them that my phone isn't old - it has Android 10 and the latest security update.  A ticket was submitted toTech support and I will get a response within 3 business days.  Will keep this group informed because you do NOT want to deal with CVS 'customer service'.  :)
