Fix problems with subscriptions

Depending on your issue, try the following fixes.

Find missing subscriptions

If you can't find your subscriptions, check that you're signed in to the correct account.

Make sure that you sign in to the Google Account that has your subscriptions. Find out how to add an account or switch accounts.
  • The email that you used with the subscription app may be different from your Google Account.
  • Check your other email accounts and find the receipt of the subscription to locate where you added the subscription.
  • Check with your family members. You may have used a family member’s account to subscribe.

Issues with subscriptions due to content restrictions

Some apps and games are restricted based on the content rating because they target only users who are aged 18 and above or because app developers have chosen not to make them available to users aged under 18. This means that app visibility and purchases, including subscription sign-ups, are limited to users who meet the age criteria. Developers may change their age criteria at any time and subscriptions are subject to cancellation if your account or developer settings change and no longer fit the criteria.

Issues with in-app subscription content

If you have issues with in-app content and want to give feedback or get help, you can contact the app's developer.

It’s best to contact an app developer to:

  • Get help to fix an issue with an app or game and its subscription.
  • Learn more about how to use an app or subscription.
  • Ask about an in-app subscription that wasn’t delivered.
  • Get help with username and password sign-in problems for specific apps.
