Important subscription information for users in India

Important: Due to the Reserve Bank of India eMandate notification, your payment method may not support auto-renewing subscriptions. If you don't find the option to set up an auto-renewing subscription or if your existing renewal fails, try one of the following:

  • Try to pay with a different payment method.
  • Contact your bank if you are still experiencing issues.

If you signed up for a subscription before April 1, 2021, you may need to verify your card to continue renewing your subscription. Look for an email from googleplay-noreply@google.com titled “Action required to keep your {app_ name} subscription” and click the button link in the email.
