Members of Google One with 2 TB and above premium plans can schedule a personal online Pro Session to learn how to do more with Google products. Get expert help on a wide range of topics at both basic and advanced levels.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and a Google invitation when you sign up for a Pro Session. The invitation provides a link to join the Google expert’s online screen share session at your scheduled time.
Where Pro Sessions are available
Pro Session topics are available to Google One members who:
- Reside in Canada, the U.K, or the U.S.
- Have 2TB plans or above
- Open the Google One app with the language set to English
Note: Google reserves the right to change or cancel Pro Sessions at any time without notice. Limited appointments are available on a first come, first serve basis.

You’re encouraged to join the session from a browser on a computer, but you can also join from the Google Meet app on a smartphone.
Schedule a session on your Android
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google One app

- At the bottom, tap Support.
- Tap Pro Sessions.
- Find the topic you want to learn more about, and tap Reserve session.
- Tap the session time that works for you
