Get notifications and claim a benefit

With Google One, you can get notified about the latest updates and offers from Google. Then you can claim your new benefit or trial from the app or the Google One website.

Get Google One notifications

You can get email updates about the latest benefits you can use. You can also get notifications on your android device.

  1. On your computer, go to Google One.
  2. At the top, tap Settings Settings and then Manage email preferences.
  3. Check that Benefits and offers is turned on.

Use ongoing benefits

Some benefits are only available in certain locations.

Find hotel discounts

Google One members get special rates at select hotels. Google One hotel deals depend on the day, time, and other factors. There might not be a deal for every hotel search.
  1. On your computer, make sure you’re signed into your Google One account.
  2. Go to www.google.com.
  3. In the search bar, look up hotels in or near a city or region.
    • Example: Hotels in Tokyo
  4. In the hotel search results, select your travel dates and number of travelers, then click Done.
  5. To just see Google One deals: at the top, click More filters and then 1 Member prices and then Apply.
  6. Look for Google One member prices Google One member price.

Share benefits with your family

If you're in a family on Google, you may see benefits that can be claimed in 2 different ways:

  • Limit one per plan: The first family member to redeem the benefit is the only one who can use it.
  • No limit listed: Everyone can see and use the available benefits.Note: Benefits can't be seen or used by accounts managed by parents.

Fix issues with benefits

If your discount doesn't work, it might be because of a reason below:

  • Limit one per plan: Check if anyone in your family already redeemed the benefit.
  • Expiration date: Check if the benefit is no longer available.
