- Your home needs to be in a country that supports Nest Aware.

How do I switch from 1st gen Nest Aware to Nest Aware?
Can I keep my current 1st gen Nest Aware subscription?
Yes. As long as you don't migrate to a Google Account, your 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions will continue. You can also purchase 1st gen subscriptions for new cameras. After you migrate to a Google Account, you can't add or renew 1st gen subscriptions.
