API Billing support

To contact Support with API billing questions, use the Billing Support Requests form. A support representative will respond to you via email.

Google Maps Platform support 

All customers get billing and technical support for Google Maps Platform. Customers can create a support case by filling out the form on the Maps Platform Support page in the Google Cloud Console. The following resources are also available:
