Google Merchant Center next is very confusing and have very few options for configuration. Why?

I've just started with Google Merchant Center next. I find it quite confusing. I've added my products. There are very few options to configure, nowhere to add return policy etc. How do I add return policy?

There is an option to switch to the old Google Mercant Center, but it tells me I risk to loose the settings I made.

Hello,

as you said google merchant center next is still a very new platform where many options are not available. I would suggest you to go the normal google merchant so you have all the options available and can set all your business information propperly.

Hello Blanca Lopez - CrackPPC.

If i change to the old Google Merchant I risk loosing my productinformation. I won't take that risk as I spent days working on the products.

I guess I need patience and see if Google Merchant Center Next add new features.

I thought about that, but it's not possible. In the contact form I have to fill out the Merchant Center Account ID. I do so correctly and get the message "Please enter a valid Merchant Center Customer ID". It's like it doesn't recognize Merchant Center Account ID for my Google Merchant Center Next.

I would not worry about the return policy for now. It is not a significant part of showing in free listings or ads.

However if you need to add it, either wait till it becomes available or consider converting to the normal GMC version. Which is honestly designed for experts.

My guess is that you will not lose much settings, and if you do, it is easy to setup again.

Thanks for your answer. GSM Next is neat as it was simple to set up.

I'll stay with GSM Next and will have patience.
