My business credit card was charged without my knowledge

My business credit card was charged for $35.31 and no one answers the contact the phone number advertised for New Zealand to explain this charge as I have not advertised or used Google services.

The Charge is

No my card has not been hacked as the charge was from Google with my customer number similar to previous charges. I have had issues with Google charging me hundreds of dollars without my knowledge. I had spoken to someone then and stopped it but now the number they advertise for New Zealand does not even work.
