If I pause all campaigns will automatic billing stop?

Question

I paused all of my campaigns however, I have automatic billing with a threshold.  Will I continue to be billed even though my campaigns are not running and I have not met the threshold?

Google ads system charge you when you reach you threshold amount OR 30 days from the last charge.
 
If you pause you campaign then google will charge you once for the any pending payment from the last charges payment till the date when you paused your ads.
 
You won't be charged after you paused your ads since your ads are paused and not running.
