For the new Google Partner badge, your Google Partners registered Ads manager account needs to have a minimum of 50% of your account strategists certified in Google Ads (capped at 100 users), with at least one certification in each product area with campaign spend (e.g., Search, Display, Video, Shopping, or Apps).
You can inform us of how many users in your company are account strategists and should be certified based on their day-to-day work by going to the Company details page from your Partners program tab and selecting from the drop-down menu. We define account strategists as being employees of your company who manage Google Ads campaigns on behalf of your clients.
The Users list shows you each of the users in your company’s Google Partners registered Google Ads manager account and sub- accounts with admin and standard level access and the state of their certifications.
Access the Users list
- Sign in to your Google Ads account.
- In the left side menu, scroll down to the "Partners program" tab.
- Click on the View Details link in the Badge status card to see the Badge status table.
- In the Badge status table, find the Certifications row and the new badge column, and click on the hyperlinked copy under the status.
How it works
The User list gives you some key information about a user and their certification status, including:
The user’s Google Ads manager account email address.
Linked in Skillshop?
The user will see a Yes besides their name in the Users table in the Linked in Skillshop column if they have connected to their Google Ads account in their Skillshop user profile. If this field shows Shared with 1 other user, this means 2 users are associated to the same Skillshop account.
Certifications (Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Video, Shopping ads, and Google Ads Apps)
The state of the user’s certification in each of the available product areas. If the user has passed the assessment, it will show an expiration date.
