About non-skippable in-stream ads for YouTube TV

Non-skippable in-stream ads are used to promote video content before, during, or after other videos on YouTube and across websites and apps running on Google video partners when you want viewers to learn about the ad’s entire message without skipping. This ad format can be used when the campaign goal selected is “Brand awareness and reach.” Learn more about Non-skippable in-stream ads.

Non-skippable in-stream ads run for 15 seconds or shorter. To ensure that your ads on YouTube remain competitive with other streaming sites offering longer non-skippable ads, Google Ads is launching the option of serving 30-second and 60-second non-skippable ads on YouTube TV.

YouTube TV

YouTube TV is a subscription TV service that allows users to watch live and video-on-demand shows. Ads shown on YouTube TV are bumper ads and non-skippable in-stream ads from Google Ads auction campaigns. To make sure that ads will appear on YouTube TV, you can buy placements on a reservation basis, instead of through the Google Ads auction. Learn more About reservation: Reserved media placements on YouTube.
