For subtitles in your language, turn on YouTube captions. Select the settings icon at the bottom of the video player, then select "Subtitles/CC" and choose your language.
You can use a website builder or content management system (CMS) to finish setting up your Google tag automatically, or you can install your tag manually. To ensure you get accurate measurement, make sure your tag is installed on every page of your site.
You can finish setting up your Google tag without making changes to your code if you manage your site using one of these platforms:
Some website builder and CMS platforms don't provide native support for the Google tag. These platforms may not accept every tag ID format.
You can still use the Google tag with these platforms by pasting the Google tag snippet manually into your website builder's/CMS's custom HTML field. Learn more about setting up your Google tag

If you haven’t already, before you select a CMS, you need to Set up your Google tag.
- Access your Google tag screen.
- Go to the “Configuration” tab.
- In the "Your Google tag" section, click Installation instructions.
- Click Select your platform.
- Choose a content management system (CMS), or website builder, and you’ll get step by step instructions on how to set up the Google tag for that platform. If you don't see your website builder or content management system listed, review the list above and follow the instructions found in those links.
- When you are done you can choose to test your website.
If you're setting up your Google tag from within your Google Analytics account, there are some additional platforms that accept a Google tag that begins with "G-". Review platforms that accept this tag ID format
