Manage billing in your Fiber account

You can view and pay your outstanding balance at any time within your account.

You can conveniently manage your billing within your Fiber account. Sign in to see past statements, pay your outstanding balance or update your payment methods.

View past billing statements

Fiber billing is 100% electronic for your security and convenience. Within your account, you can view past statements, compare multiple ones or download them for your records. Simply sign in to your Fiber accountand scroll down to view a list of your most recent monthly statements.

How and when credits are applied

We’re here to do what’s right for you. In instances where we owe you a credit, we'll issue it to your primary payment method on file. It will appear in your account the next day and, in the case of an outage, within 1 week of the outage being resolved. The credit will then appear on your monthly bill the following month. 

Update your payment methods

Since we automatically bill you each month, there’s no need to sign in every time to make a payment. Within your account, you can assign a new payment method, use a prepaid debit card or add a backup payment method.

Pay your outstanding balance

There are a few instances where you’ll have an outstanding balance, such as when we charge an expired credit card or a prepaid card with insufficient funds. To ensure your account is in good standing, you can update your payment method. Updating your payment method initiates an automatic charge on the new payment method for the full balance you owe.

While we're not able to move your bill's due date or remove automatic billing from your account, you can make a manual payment at any time.
