How to check for an outage on fiber.google.com

1. Navigate to fiber.google.com/outage

2. Enter your street address

3. Select Check Status to see if there are any known outages in your area

How to check for an outage by signing in to your GFiber account

You’ll see a message at the top of your GFiber account page if you’re experiencing a network outage or other known service disruption.

  1. Sign in to your GFiber account with your email address and password.
  2. Check for an alert at the top of the page about an internet outage affecting your GFiber service. Many alerts will include an estimated time when service will be restored.

How to check for an outage using the Google Fiber app

You’ll see a message at the top of your screen on the Google Fiber app if you’re experiencing a network outage or other known service disruption.

  1. Sign in to the Google Fiber app with your email address and password.
  2. Check for an alert under Your overview about an internet outage affecting your GFiber service.
