We regularly update the GFiber App with new features to help make it even easier for you to manage your home or business network. We’ll be making improvements throughout 2025 and beyond, so your GFiber App might look different from the examples below.
Sign in to your GFiber account in the GFiber App to manage your account and network.
To sign in to the app:
- Touch the app icon to start the app.
- At the bottom of the screen, touch the down-arrow to see a list of Google accounts that are already set up on that mobile device. If you see your GFiber account listed, select it from the list. If you don't see your GFiber account listed, touch Add another account to add it to the device.
Sign in to the app with the account you usually use for GFiber. If you're having trouble signing in, you can get help here.
- Touch the Continue as button to sign in to your account.
When you start the GFiber App, you might see an alert asking you to update the app before you continue. This happens when there's a new or changed feature that requires the new version of the app.
