This article is for teachers. This feature is only available in the computer version of Classroom.
You can get a quick overview of work you assigned across all your classes. You can see which work is turned in, graded or not graded, or returned. You can also mark work reviewed.
See work across all classes

Go to classroom.google.com and click Sign In. Learn how to sign in to Classroom.
- Choose an option to see your active tasks:
- In the "Recently due" module on the homepage, you can view up to 5 assignments due within the past 7 days across all classes. Click an assignment title to view submissions, or click "View work in progress" to open your complete list.
- (Optional) To filter your work by class, click All classes and select a class.
- Click a title to view submissions.
- (Optional) To see or hide work based on due dates, click the Down arrow or Up arrow.
- (Optional) To sort the students:
- Click the Drop down box.
- Select an option.

Mark work as reviewed
- Go to classroom.google.com and click Sign In. Learn how to sign in to Classroom.
- Choose an option to mark work reviewed:
- In the "To Review" module on your homepage, locate the assignment card and click the Checkmark icon to mark it as reviewed.
- After you mark work as reviewed, you can see it in the Reviewed list on your To review page.
View all of a student's work in one place
You can see a list of an individual student’s assignments, grades, and missing work all in one place. You can filter the list by status—turned in, returned with grade, or missing. You can also email it to the student and their guardian.

Go to classroom.google.com and click Sign In.
Sign in with your Google Account. For example, you@yourschool.edu or you@gmail.com. Learn more.
- Click the class.
- At the top, click People and then the student's name.
Note: You can only view the work of a student who has joined the class.

Check this page for:
- The list of the student’s assigned work for the class—assignments, questions, or quizzes—with the due date, if there is one.
- The status of work assigned, turned in, late, or missing.
- Any grades for classwork.
- Any attachments to submissions. You’ll see File
next to the work.
- If the student sent you a private comment, you’ll see Comment
next to the work.
- (Optional) To see details or answers, click the work
View Details.
- (Optional) To filter the student's work, under Filters, click Turned in, Returned with grade, or Missing.
You can email the list to the student. You can also email it to the student's guardian if email summaries for guardians are turned on. For more details, see Set up guardian email summaries.

- Click the class and choose an option:
- At the top, click People and then the student's name.
- At the top, click Classwork and then click an assignment or question and on the left, click the student’s name. Then, on the right, click their name again.
- Click Email
.
- Next to Student, click the Down arrow
and select Student, Guardians, or Student and guardians.
- (Optional) Enter a message.
- Check the Include student work summary box and click Send.
