關於 Classroom 使用者帳戶

Classroom 有數種不同的支援帳戶，您的學習環境會決定您該使用哪一種帳戶。

學校帳戶

學校帳戶是由獲得正式認證的學校透過 Google Workspace for Education 為您提供的帳戶。這類帳戶是由學校的 IT 管理員所建立及管理，您的電子郵件地址和密碼也是由他們提供，帳戶格式如下：「<您的名稱>@<貴校名稱>.edu」。如果貴校使用 Classroom 教學，那麼您回家後必須使用學校帳戶登入，才能存取 Classroom。

注意：根據隱私權法律規定，家長和監護人並不能存取 Classroom 和學生的作業，只能在得到老師許可的情況下接收電子郵件摘要。詳情請參閱關於監護人電子郵件摘要。

個人 Google 帳戶

個人 Google 帳戶是您自行建立的帳戶。一般而言，在學校體系之外 (例如補習班或在家自學) 使用 Classroom 時，使用的就是個人 Google 帳戶。帳戶格式如下：「<您的名稱>@gmail.com」。

使用個人帳戶時，您無法存取其他帳戶支援的某些 Classroom 功能。以下是個人帳戶的使用限制：

• 學生無法傳送電子郵件給同學。
• 老師無法邀請監護人登記接收電子郵件摘要。
• 孩子無法透過家長代為管理的帳戶建立課程及授課。

每個國家/地區可建立 Google 帳戶的最低年齡限制不盡相同。未達到最低年齡規定的孩子可以由成人幫忙建立帳戶。

Google Workspace 帳戶

重要事項：未滿 13 歲的孩子只能透過 Google Workspace for Education 或 Workspace 非營利版帳戶使用 Classroom。

Google Workspace 帳戶通常是由採用 Workspace Basic、Workspace Business、Google Workspace for Education Plus 或 Workspace 非營利版的大型機構使用。這類帳戶是由機構管理員所建立及管理，您的電子郵件地址和密碼也是由他們提供。帳戶格式如下：「<您的名稱>@<貴公司名稱>.com」。如要瞭解詳情，請參閱選擇 Google Workspace 版本。

我可以加入由其他類型的帳戶所建立的課程嗎？

只有在您的帳戶類型支援，而且貴機構的管理員亦許可的情況下，您才能加入由其他類型的使用者帳戶所建立的課程。

各類帳戶的雲端硬碟儲存空間上限為何？

Classroom 可以搭配 Google 雲端硬碟、文件及其他 Workspace 服務使用。

Google Workspace 儲存空間由 Google 雲端硬碟、Gmail 和 Google 相簿共用。瞭解儲存空間使用量的計算方式。

每位使用者的儲存空間容量依 Google Workspace 版本而定。大多數 Google Workspace 版本都採集區儲存空間。集區儲存空間是指儲存空間總量，或儲存空間容量乘以使用者授權數，如下表所示。

Google 會逐量增加可用的儲存空間，直到達購買方案的儲存空間上限。
