Tài khoản trường học
Một trường học có dùng Google Workspace for Education đã được chứng nhận sẽ cấp cho bạn một tài khoản trường học. Quản trị viên CNTT của trường bạn sẽ tạo và quản lý các tài khoản này, đồng thời cung cấp cho bạn email và mật khẩu. Tài khoản này có dạng như you@yourschool.edu. Nếu bạn dùng Lớp học ở trường và muốn truy cập vào ứng dụng này tại nhà, hãy đăng nhập bằng tài khoản trường học.
Lưu ý: Theo luật về quyền riêng tư, cha mẹ và người giám hộ không thể truy cập vào Lớp học hoặc bài tập của học viên. Họ có thể nhận email tóm tắt nếu được giáo viên cho phép. Để biết thông tin chi tiết, hãy chuyển đến phần Giới thiệu về email tóm tắt dành cho người giám hộ.
Tài khoản Google cá nhân
Tài khoản Google cá nhân là một tài khoản do bạn tạo. Bạn có thể dùng tài khoản này cùng với Lớp học bên ngoài môi trường trường học, chẳng hạn như trung tâm gia sư hoặc trường học tại nhà. Tài khoản này có thể có dạng như you@gmail.com.
Khi bạn dùng một tài khoản cá nhân, thì các tính năng của Lớp học mà bạn có thể sử dụng sẽ khác so với khi bạn dùng các tài khoản khác. Khi dùng một tài khoản cá nhân:
- Học viên không thể gửi email cho các bạn cùng lớp.
- Giáo viên không thể mời người giám hộ đăng ký nhận email tóm tắt.
- Trẻ em sở hữu một tài khoản do cha mẹ quản lý sẽ không thể tạo hoặc giảng dạy cho các lớp học.
Mỗi quốc gia sẽ có một yêu cầu riêng về độ tuổi tối thiểu có thể tạo Tài khoản Google. Những trẻ không đáp ứng yêu cầu về độ tuổi tối thiểu có thể nhờ người lớn tạo tài khoản cho mình.
Tài khoản Google Workspace
Lưu ý quan trọng: Trẻ em từ 13 tuổi trở xuống sẽ chỉ dùng Lớp học bằng tài khoản Google Workspace for Education hoặc Workspace for Nonprofits.
Tài khoản Google Workspace thường được dùng trong các tổ chức lớn có sử dụng cả Workspace Basic, Business, Google Workspace for Education Plus hoặc Workspace for Nonprofits. Quản trị viên của tổ chức bạn sẽ tạo và quản lý các tài khoản này, đồng thời cung cấp cho bạn địa chỉ email và mật khẩu. Tài khoản này có dạng như you@yourcompany.com. The amount of storage for each user depends on your Google Workspace edition. Most Google Workspace editions have pooled storage. Pooled storage is indicated in the following tables as total storage or a storage amount times the number of End User licenses.
Pooled storage is granted in stages:
- At the time of purchase, you get part of your storage.
- As you make timely payments for your subscription, your storage increases up to your total storage limit.
