Oppilaitoksen tili
Saat oppilaitoksen tilin Google Workspace for Educationia käyttävän hyväksytyn oppilaitoksen kautta. Oppilaitoksen IT-järjestelmänvalvoja luo kyseiset tilit ja hallinnoi niitä. Häneltä saat myös sähköpostiosoitteesi ja salasanasi. Tilin muoto on sinä@oppilaitoksesi.edu. Jos käytät Classroomia oppilaitoksessasi ja haluat käyttää sitä myös kotona, kirjaudu sisään oppilaitoksen tilillä.
Huom. Vanhemmat ja huoltajat eivät voi päästä Classroomiin tai oppilaan kotitehtäviin tietosuojalakien vuoksi. He voivat saada sähköpostiyhteenvetoja, jos opettaja sallii sen. Katso lisätiedot Tietoja huoltajien sähköpostiyhteenvedoista ‑artikkelista.
Henkilökohtainen Google-tili
Henkilökohtaisen Google-tilin luot itse. Käytät sitä Classroomin kanssa todennäköisesti oppilaitoksen ulkopuolella, esimerkiksi tukiopetuskeskuksessa tai kotikoulussa. Se saattaa näyttää tältä: sinä@gmail.com.
Henkilökohtaisella tilillä ei voi käyttää samoja Classroomin ominaisuuksia kuin muilla tileillä. Henkilökohtaisella tilillä:
- oppilaat eivät voi lähettää sähköpostia ryhmätovereille
- opettajat eivät voi lähettää huoltajille sähköpostiyhteenvetojen käyttöönottokutsua
- vanhemman ylläpitämää tiliä käyttävät lapset eivät voi luoda tai opettaa ryhmiä.
Google-tilin luomisen vähimmäisikävaatimukset vaihtelevat maittain. Aikuinen voi luoda tilin lapselle, joka ei täytä ikärajan vähimmäisvaatimusta.
Google Workspace ‑tili
Tärkeää: 13-vuotiaat ja sitä nuoremmat saavat käyttää Classroomia vain Google Workspace for Education‑ tai Workspace järjestöille ‑tilillä.
Google Workspace ‑tilejä käytetään yleensä suurissa organisaatioissa, joissa on käytössä Workspace Basic tai Business, Google Workspace for Education Plus tai Workspace järjestöille. Google Workspace storage is shared between Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos. Learn how storage use is calculated.
The amount of storage for each user depends on your Google Workspace edition. Most Google Workspace editions have pooled storage. Pooled storage is indicated in the following tables as total storage or a storage amount times the number of End User licenses.
Pooled storage is granted in stages:
- At the time of purchase, you get part of your storage.
- As you make timely payments for your subscription, your storage increases up to your total storage limit.
