V závislosti na vašem vzdělávacím prostředí existují pro Učebnu různé typy účtů.
Školní účet
Školní účet získáte od akreditované školy, která používá Google Workspace for Education. Tyto účty vytváří a spravuje administrátor IT vaší školy, který vám poskytne e-mail a heslo. Účet má podobu vasejmeno@vaseskola.edu. Pokud používáte Učebnu ve škole a chcete k ní přistupovat z domova, pro přihlášení použijte svůj školní účet.
Poznámka: Kvůli právním předpisům na ochranu soukromí nemají rodiče a zákonní zástupci k Učebně ani úkolům studentů přístup. Pokud učitel povolí, můžou dostávat e-mailové souhrny. Podrobnosti najdete v článku E-mailové souhrny pro zákonné zástupce.
Osobní účet Google
Osobní účet Google je takový, který si sami vytvoříte. Pravděpodobně ho pro Učebnu používáte jinde než ve škole, například ve školicím středisku nebo v domácím vzdělávání. Může mít podobu vasejmeno@gmail.com.
Když používáte osobní účet, nemůžete používat stejné funkce Učebny jako ostatní účty. S osobním účtem:
- Studenti nemohou posílat e-maily spolužákům.
- Učitelé nemohou zvát zákonné zástupce, aby se zaregistrovali k e-mailovým souhrnům.
- Děti, které mají účet spravovaný rodičem, nemohou vytvářet ani vyučovat kurzy.
Každá země má pro vytvoření účtu Google vlastní věkovou hranici. Dětem, které minimální věkové hranice nedosahují, mohou účet založit dospělí.
Účet Google Workspace
Důležité: Děti mladší 13 let by měly Učebnu používat pouze s účtem Google Workspace for Education nebo Workspace pro neziskové organizace.
Účet Google Workspace se obvykle používá ve velkých organizacích, které používají Workspace Basic, Business, Google Workspace for Education Plus nebo Workspace pro neziskové organizace. Tyto účty vytváří a spravuje administrátor vaší organizace, který vám poskytne vaši e-mailovou adresu a heslo. Účet má podobu vasejmeno@vasefirma.com. The amount of storage for each user depends on your Google Workspace edition. Most Google Workspace editions have pooled storage. Pooled storage is indicated in the following tables as total storage or a storage amount times the number of End User licenses.
Pooled storage is granted in stages:
- At the time of purchase, you get part of your storage.
- As you make timely payments for your subscription, your storage increases up to your total storage limit.
