Report abuse in Gemini in Workspace apps

Important: This article only applies for reporting abuse about Gemini responses. For general feedback about Gemini responses, use Good suggestion  or Bad suggestion . The terms in the feedback flow will apply when you submit general feedback.

If you get inaccurate or unsafe responses in Gemini in Workspace apps, you have the option to report them to us. Your feedback helps make Gemini in Workspace apps more helpful, accurate, and safe.

When you report a response, such as spam, fraud, or illegal content, your conversation with Gemini is added to your report, including:

• Prompts
• Context documents, emails, and other content
• The response from Gemini

To report abuse in Gemini in a Workspace app:

1. Next to a response, select the Report abuse option.
   • If you can’t find Report abuse, select More options .
2. Select the reason you wish to report content.
3. Click Report.
