  2. Select the name of your domain.
  3. Open the menu Menu.
  4. Click Email.
  5. Under 'Add or remove people from Google Workspace', find the user whose password you want to reset and click Edit Edit.
  6. Below the username, click Reset password.
  7. Enter the email address to which you'd like to send a new temporary password. Use an address that's not the user's Google Workspace email address, as they don't have access to that address.
  8. Click Send reset email.

If you're still having trouble signing in, follow these steps.

  5. Under 'Add or remove people from Google Workspace', find the user. To update the name, click Edit Edit

Important: To change a user's email address, sign in to your Admin Console. Follow the instructions to change a user's name and email address.

Delete a user

  1. Sign in to Google Domains.
  2. Select the name of your domain.
