If the files are in collections then delete the collections, which will delete the files that they contain so long as those files are not in any other collections. If all the files are in All items and not in any collections then they have to be deleted about 300 at a time, unless you are prepared to delete the entire account. List the files, one gets 50 of them, scroll down and another 50 appear. The maximum listing is 2000 files, or so it used to be, but file operations often fail when applied to more than about 300 files; see [1] and refs thereunder.

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
