Google Form Responses Not Linking to Sheet

Hello,

I am having issues with the google form responses not linking to the google sheet. When I click on the "Link to Sheets" on the responses page, it brings me to a blank sheet, though I have 17 responses. How can I fix this?

Hi Misty,

The most effective way to relink a Sheet and Form is to first unlink the original Sheet from the Form and then relink it.  This usually will sync the two files.  However, it will create a new sheet/tab within your Sheet file that may require you to update formulas.

I hope this helps!

I have the same issue. After I unlinked the form and tried to relink it on the old file/existing file, it won't. I only get an error "Couldn't link spreadsheet"

Try making a copy of the spreadsheet and then linking to that new copy.  There may be something corrupt in your original file that will be fixed by making a copy.

To ensure that your Google Chrome browser is up-to-date, you can navigate to the Settings menu and then click on "About Chrome" located at the bottom left panel. If there is an update available, you can install it and then relaunch Google Chrome.

Additionally, you may want to check your pop-up settings and make sure they are turned on.
