Beginning October 22nd, 2018, our Personalized Ads Policy, Customer Match Policy and Platform programs policies will be updated with additional requirements for advertisers to show sufficiently established Google Ads or Display & Video 360 account history. These requirements include:

Advertiser account must have a good history of policy compliance

Advertiser account must have good payment history

Advertiser account must have at least 90 days’ combined history across Google Ads and/or Display & Video 360
- Advertiser account must have a combined total of more than USD 50,000 total lifetime spend on Google Ads and/or Display & Video 360
This policy change will impact customers using the following features:

Audience segments imported using a data management platform (DMP)

Audience segments from a third-party data provider

Audience segments uploaded using Customer Match (YouTube only)

Audience segments directly uploaded to Display & Video 360 (e.g. device ID uploads)
- Use of provided lists (uploaded from Campaign Manager 360) for Display & Video 360 targeting
