Demographics

You can target ads based on demographics such as gender, age, parental status, and household income using Display & Video 360's demographics targeting, which is available for free to all users of Display & Video 360.

Target audiences based on gender and age

To target specific demographics, navigate to your line item's Demographics targeting, then choose which genders and ages you want to target. You can also include "unknown" gender and ages to expand your reach.

Target audiences based on household income and parental status

In addition to age and gender, you can also target audiences based on their estimated household income and parental status.

Limitations

  • Household income targeting is currently available for inventory in the following countries and regions: 
    • Australia
    • Brazil
    • Hong Kong
    • India
    • Indonesia
    • Japan
    • Mexico
    • New Zealand
    • Singapore
    • South Korea
    • Thailand
    • United States
    Line items won't be able to serve if you use geography targeting to target locations outside of areas where household targeting is available and also use household income targeting.
  • Household income and parental status targeting aren't available for network users of Display & Video 360.
