Content ingested from a main CMS feed can be linked to the same content in a syndicated feed.
This feature needs to be enabled before use. To use, contact your account manager.
Syndicated content detection only works for content from your main CMS in an MRSS feed and YouTube. Also, no two MRSS content under your network should specify the same YouTube video.
When syndicated content is detected, the main and syndicated videos are considered the same for reporting and metadata targeting purposes.
To ensure syndicated content is detected, include the YouTube ID of the syndicated content in the <dfpvideo:thirdPartyContentId>
property in your main CMS feed; this same ID will also be included in the respective syndicated CMS. Ad Manager automatically detects the syndicates and associates the main CMS metadata with the ingested content from YouTube.
