View change history

You can review most changes made to orders, line items, creatives, audience segments, users, and roles. This is useful for troubleshooting, particularly when a line item is showing unexpected delivery patterns. The change history will show you what changed, what it changed to (e.g., from "Paused" to "Ready"), who made the change, and the date and time the change was made.

Some changes, such as day parting, are not included in change history.

View order, line item, creative, user, and role histories

You can view the change history for orders, line items, creatives, users, and roles:

  1. Navigate to the item whose history you want to view. Orders, line items, and creatives can be found on the Delivery tab, while users and roles are on the Admin tab.
  2. Click the item.
  3. Click History in the upper right corner of the page.

View order histories from the Admin tab

To review changes to an order's name and other settings from the Admin tab:

  1. Click the Admin tab, then click Change history in the left-hand panel.
  2. Start typing, then select an order from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Search. To view change history for all orders, simply click Search.

View audience segment history from the Inventory tab

To review changes to an audience segment from the Inventory tab:

  1. Navigate to the segment whose history you want to view.
  2. Click the segment.
  3. Click History in the upper right corner of the page.

Only changes made in the last 3 weeks appear in the change history for audience segments.
