Access Chromecast Audio promotional offers

If you don't see an offer for which you believe you qualify, please contact us. If you're having trouble redeeming your promotion code, please contact the partner offering the promotion.

Once you've set up your Chromecast Audio, you can access and redeem all available offers for your Chromecast from the Google Home app on your Android device or computer. 

If you see a 'No offers available' message while checking for offers, there are no available offers at this time.

Note: iOS users must redeem offers from a computer.  

Redeem offer during set up

During setup, on the “Add music services” screen, tap a music service to check for any available offers.
Note: Not all music services provide offers.

Redeem offer in the Google Home app

From Offers: 

1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Chromecast.
2. Open the Google Home app .
3. At the top left, tap Add .
4. Tap Offers.                                                                                 
5. Select the offer you'd like to redeem.
6. Follow the in-app steps.

From Feed: 

1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Chromecast.
2. Open the Google Home app .
3. Tap Feed .
4. Scroll down to "Discover" to find the offer card you'd like to redeem. 
   Note: If you don’t see an offer card, drag the screen all the way down to refresh, then scroll to find any available offers.
5. Follow the in-app steps.

Will I get a promotional offer with the purchase of my Chromecast Audio?

Offers vary by location, so before you buy you can always find out more about offers in your location on our Chromecast promotional offers page. Once you've purchased and set up your Chromecast Audio you should visit chromecast.com/offers to redeem offers available for your location.
