There are a few reasons you may be seeing “No compatible Chromecast devices were found on your network” when trying to cast your Android screen.
To troubleshoot this issue:- Make sure your Chromecast is setup properly following the directions here.
- Ensure your Android device and Chromecast are both connected to the same wireless network name (SSID).
- Ensure you have the most recent version of the Google Home app from the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you have the most recent version of Google Play services installed.
- If these steps do not fix your issue, try power cycling your wireless router, your Android device, and the Chromecast device.
