Chromecast not connected to Wi-Fi

If you've lost your Wi-Fi connection or recently changed your Wi-Fi name, Wi-Fi password, or service provider, you may need to set up your Chromecast device again. Follow the steps below to try fixing the issue.

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. At the top left, tap Add   Set up device plus  Set up new devices in your home .
  3. Complete the setup steps.
