You can save your contact, payment, and sign-in info to Chrome. If something doesn't work when you let Chrome remember your info, try these fixes.
Fix issues with passwords
You can save or delete your passwords in Chrome. Learn more about how to manage saved passwords.
Chrome doesn’t offer to save your passwords
You can save your password to Chrome even if you aren't automatically asked to when you fill out a form.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- Enter your info on the website you want to save the password for.
- To the right of the address bar, select Password
Save.
If you don't find the Key icon, delete your password and try to sign in again.
Edit or delete your saved passwords
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, select Profile
Passwords
.
- To edit or delete a saved password, select More
Remove or Edit password.

Fix issues with payment & contact info
You can save, edit, or delete your payment info in Chrome.
Chrome doesn't offer to save your payment or address info
If you’re signed-in to Chrome, you can use your card by adding it to Google Pay:
- Go to pay.google.com.
- Add your info:
- Payment method: Select Payment Methods
Add payment methods.
- Address: Select Address
Add addresses.
- Payment method: Select Payment Methods

You can also add your payment info so it's only saved on your device, and you will not find your saved payment info on other devices. Learn more about how to add, edit and delete cards in Chrome.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, select Profile

- Add, edit, or delete info:
- Add: Next to "Payment methods" or "Addresses," select Add.
- Edit: Next to the card or address, select More
Edit.
- Delete: Next to the card or address, select More
Delete.
If you add, edit, or delete an address and you’re signed in to Chrome with your Google Account, your changes show up on your other devices where you’re signed in to Chrome with the same account.
Edit your saved payment info
If your saved payment info isn’t right, you can edit your info in Chrome.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, select Profile

or Addresses and more
.
- To the right of an incorrect item, select More
Edit.
If your payment method is saved in Google Pay, you may have to link out to Google pay or change your info at pay.google.com.
