Share Chrome with others or add personas

You can have multiple people use Chrome on the same device, each with their own settings, bookmarks and themes.

If you have multiple personas you want to keep separate (for example, a "work persona" and a "personal persona"), you can also use Chrome profiles to keep separate bookmarks, extensions and settings for your personas.

What others can see when you share Chrome

Anyone using Chrome can switch to any other Chrome profile that's signed in on that device. For example, if someone switches to your Chrome profile, they'll be able to see websites you visited. That’s why we recommend only sharing your device with people you trust.

You can only have one Chrome profile on Android devices.

To let someone else use Chrome on your Android device, add a new user to the device, and then, using Chrome, switch to that user. Find out how to add a user to Android.
