Translate a page to your language

You can read webpages in your own language with Chrome, even if the page was written in another language.

Whenever you come across a page written in a language that isn't one of your preferred webpage languages, do the following:

  1. Use Chrome to open the webpage.
  2. Translate the page:
    • Computer: Click Translate at the top of the page.
    • Mobile device: Click Translate at the bottom of the page.
  3. Chrome will translate the webpage this one time.

Not working? You can try refreshing the webpage. If you can't click Translate, the language might not be available for translation. Learn and set which languages to have translated in Chrome.
