How can I export guest list from an invite, with their RSVP, to a spreadsheet or Google Sheet?

I have multiple events that I own in my Google work calendar, with guests lists of over 200 recipients.

I can see how I email the guests, but I get no option to export them.

How can I export the list of guests and their RSVP to a spreadsheet?

Also, once it has exported can the data stay live (ie a Google sheets doc that updates) or do I need to continuously refresh/re-export as guests accept/decline.

Thanks
Georgina

Hi Georgina! When you open up the calendar invite details, you should see an option to export guest list to sheets. That will allow you to see all responses, and you can then filter on yes, no, etc.

There is not such an option to 'export guest responses to sheets'!

Where is that screen shot from? This option doesn't exist.

Alas, I don't see that option in my Gmail or standard GSuite accounts, so can only assume it's available only in an Enterprise version. Shame, as it would be a nice feature.

It's far from ideal, but if you really need to keep track of who's accepted, etc., you could open the list of invitees, click on the Mail icon and select only the 'Yes' responses. There's an option there to copy those email addresses so they could be pasted into a spreadsheet; then, repeat the process for those who aren't coming and again for 'Awaiting response'.

As I mentioned, it's not a great solution - but I think it would work.
