Remove a specific provider behind the "Order Online" button

If a restaurant reports that they have no business relationship with the provider, the button will be removed. To remove a selected unauthorized provider from your Business Profile on Google Search, Maps, or the Assistant, use the opt out form.

Important: If there is only one provider for a restaurant, requesting to remove that provider will result in the removal of the "Order Online" button.

If a restaurant wants to remove a specific provider with whom they have a business relationship, they should contact the provider’s support team. The restaurant should request that their data be removed from the information the provider is sending Google.
