Local business orders and appointments

Local delivery in search

Google Search and Google Maps make it easy to order food delivery, reserve tables, and book appointments with select businesses found on Google. When this feature is enabled on a business’s Google My Business dashboard, users will see a link to a third-party booking and ordering service, like, where they can complete their order or reserve their table.

Data for this feature comes from a pilot with select order-ahead providers and reservations providers.  Providers in the pilot work directly with the businesses listed on their sites to provide order-ahead or table-booking services.

Add a booking service to your local business

Links to booking options will appear automatically for eligible businesses. There’s not currently a way to request this service for your business.

If you operate an online service that allows local businesses to directly accept online orders, appointments, reservations, or other similar services and would like to let Google know, fill out this form.

Remove or fix an inaccurate link

Orders and appointments links appear on Google via third-party companies. They're not actively managed by Google. To stop a specific link from appearing with your business info on Google, contact the appropriate third-party platform and ask them to remove the link from the markup that they provide to Google.

If the link is broken or leads to a 404 error, you can contact Google support for help. If the link works, you'll need to contact the third party's support team.
