Set up, turn on, or turn off the “Order online” button

Tip: When you turn the “Order online” button on or off on your Business Profile, third-party links stay the same.

Eligibility

The Order online button is only available to:

  • Restaurants in Australia, Brazil, Germany, India, and the United States
  • Restaurants that work with supported providers to fulfill online orders
Manage the "Order online" button

Set up the “Order online” button:

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
    • If you have multiple locations, select the location you want to manage.
  2. In the left menu, select Food ordering.
  3. Under “Set up your ‘Order online’ button,” select Learn more.

To update or modify the list of menu items and prices, please work with your provider.

Turn the “Order online” button on or off:

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
    • If you have multiple locations, select the location you want to manage.
  2. In the left menu, select Food ordering.
  3. Under “Your ‘Order online’ button,” turn the switch on or off.
Set a preferred online order provider
  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
    • If you have multiple locations, select the location you want to manage.
  2. In the left menu, select Food ordering.
  3. Under “Choose your preferred providers,” select a preferred pickup and/or delivery provider.
Remove a specific provider behind the "Order Online" button

Important: If you remove a provider from a restaurant that has one provider, you’ll also remove the “Order Online” button.

To remove an unauthorized provider from your Business Profile on Google Search and Maps, use the opt out form.

To remove a specific provider with whom your business has a business relationship:

  1. Contact the provider’s support team. 
  2. Ask to be removed from the information the provider sends to Order with Google.
