Your organization can be invited to manage specific locations or location groups owned by someone else.
- For a single location: The location owner can invite a location group in your organization using the location group ID. Or, you can request access for your organization to manage the location—specifying a location group for the location to be added to.
- For a location group: The location group owner can invite your organization using your organization ID.
View and accept invitations
To view and accept an invitation to manage someone else's locations:
- Sign in to Google My Business.
- Click Manage invites. (If you're part of multiple organizations, make sure to choose the right organization first.)
- Find the invitation, then click Approve or Decline.
Request access to a location
To request access for your organization to manage locations owned by someone else:
- Sign in to Google My Business.
- Click Manage invites. (If you're part of multiple organizations, make sure to choose the right organization first.)
- Click the Request access button.
- Search by business name and choose the appropriate location.
- Choose which of your location groups the location should be added to.
- Click Continue, then follow the prompts to request access.
View access requests
To see requests your organization has sent to manage someone else's locations:
- Sign in to Google My Business.
- Click Manage invites. (If you're part of multiple organizations, make sure to choose the right organization first.)
- Click the Requests sent tab to see the status of each request.
