Set up bookings through a provider

Tip: We plan to update the metrics that we share to provide the most useful data from Business Profiles. Learn more about changes to Insights data.

When you manage your bookings through another booking provider, you get web and app services that seamlessly use your customer’s Google Account. Your customers also benefit from automatic booking reminders and built-in integration with Google products like Calendar.

You can find all books made through Reserve with Google in the Bookings tab in your Business Profile.

Manage your bookings on Business Profile Manager

Turn on bookings

If you don’t work with a provider to manage your bookings, you can choose one of our supported scheduling providers.

Learn about how to offer your services online.

To choose a Business Profile provider:

  1. On your computer, sign in to Business Profile Manager. If you have multiple locations, open the one that you’d like to manage.
  2. From the menu, click Bookings. If you don't see this tab, then bookings aren’t available for your business category or region.
  3. Sign up with your provider of choice.

Your scheduling provider account is automatically linked to your Business Profile within one week. After you link your accounts, you can schedule bookings through Google.

If you already use a scheduling provider, you're automatically eligible to receive bookings. In your Business Profile Bookings tab, you can see your booking history made with your provider in Reserve with Google.

Important: Fees may be applied by your scheduling provider when you book through Google. Check with your provider for more details.

Turn off bookings

To remove online bookings through Google, work with your scheduling provider. Bear in mind that if you turn off booking, you impact any services that you offer online, like classes or virtual estimates.

To share your booking link with customers:

  1. On your phone, open the Google My Business app.
  2. Tap the Bookings tab.
