Create shortcut commands

You can create faster ways to ask your Google Assistant to do things for you.

For example, if you say:

  • "Workout time," your workout music starts playing on Google Play Music
  • "Heading home," a text message is sent to your family to let them know
  • "Good night," your lights turn off

Your shortcuts work across Google Assistant devices, like your Google Home or Android Wear device.
