You can share a link to a report or export a report to Google Sheets, PDF, or CSV.
Before you begin
To share or export a report, you need the Viewer role at the property level.
Share a report
- From the left menu, select Reports
.
- In the top right of a report, click Share this report
.
- Select Share Link.
- Click Copy link.
The link is copied to your device clipboard so you can share a link to the report with others.
Export a report
- From the left menu, select Reports
- In the top right of a report, click Share this report
- Select Download File.
- Select from these options:
- Download PDF
- Download CSV
- Export to Google Sheets
The downloaded file will be available in your Downloads folder. When you download a report as a CSV or Google sheet, the file includes up to 100,000 rows of data.
Additional options
In addition to the options in Google Analytics, you can:
- Share your report data by connecting Analytics to Looker Studio
- Export your report data using the Analytics Data API
