[GA4] Set up data collection for a CMS-hosted website

If you don't see your CMS listed here, check whether your CMS lets you add custom HTML. If it does, add your GA4 on-page tag as custom HTML.

Awesome Motive (Monster Insights & Exact Metrics) (supports a "G-" Google tag ID)
