Two of the most common reasons for site disapproval [AdSense Pro Post]
Dear Community,
We see a very high number of posts in the forum asking why a specific site hasn’t been approved for AdSense. A large percentage of those come down to the two following reasons, so we encourage you to take some time to review them and consider if they might apply to your situation.
A lack of valuable and unique content on your site.
Below are some questions you can ask yourself about your site to see if it’s ready for AdSense:
- Have you made a site just so that you could use AdSense? If so, it’s likely that your site will not be approved.
- Do you have fewer than 20 unique articles or pages on your site? We want to see that a lot of work was put into each website we approve.
- Does your site have a menu that makes it easy to see specific content on your site? We want AdSense sites to be easy to navigate.
- Can the content on your site be found on many other sites? Even if your content is not copy pasted from another site, we will not approve your site if the same information can easily be found elsewhere. Everybody is unique, put that originality into your site.
There is not enough organic traffic to your site
- Your site needs to have a decent amount of organic traffic going to pages that you have placed ad code on for it to be approved. Make sure you place ad code on your most popular pages to speed up approval. Review this pinned post for more information.
- If your site doesn’t get that much organic traffic yet, focus on expanding your content and user base before applying for AdSense.
